We continue to do construction inspection for both geotechnical and structural concrete, estimating concrete structures of new homes, remodels , building additions and metal buildings, forming and pouring of concrete slabs, footings, walls as well as elevated slabs, the of framing garages, houses, pole-barns, the ordering and erecting steel structures from both Varco Pruden and Butler pre-engineered buildings, installation a variety of siding such as metal, wood, and cement board, install both metal and asphalt roofing, installation of hardwood flooring , laminate flooring, Vinyl Plank flooring, pre-engineered flooring, and wood plank flooring, the building of a variety of exterior decks, patios, sidewalks, installation of kitchen cabinets form both big box stores to custom order cabinets, vanities, tile-work on floors, showers and backsplash, gas piping of gas fireplaces, HVAC ducting, suspended ceilings, insulating with both loose fill and batt, the building of pergolas, installation of lawn irrigation and sod, building of property fencing, weatherization, the lifting of structures and placing of foundation/basement under them.
Our Story
I started out helping my family with small repair projects on homes. I then worked with a large commercial/residential contractor where I set concrete forms and poured in place concrete, framed homes and additions, supported structures, remodeled structures, erected metal buildings, repaired concrete waterways for PP&L power plant, estimated and managed both residential and commercial projects.

ACTS Construction has nearly 30 years of experience in the construction trade! I possess the experience of both hands-on building as well as management skills. I focus on what the customer wants rather than what I want to see done. I believe I have a tremendous amount of knowledge that will help guide the client in the most cost-effective direction, no matter what type of project they have. I approach all my client’s projects with the upmost integrity. I am easy to get along with; I do not believe in foul language on my jobs. I strive to provide a safe environment on all of my jobs, so the client feels safe. I have developed a network of relationships with the local suppliers to help provide necessary venues for choosing that specific look and feel you are searching for.
I always maintain my Contractors registration and insurance – all 30 years! This reassures my clients of having no history of safety or integrity issues with any of my clients. I also have a lead base paint certification, home inspection certification, concrete and soils certifications.
The Bible teaches that Jesus was a carpenter who mastered the art of working with NON-Power tools. This profession helped build His understanding of His future path. (;
